Changing your Password

You can easily change your RTS helpdesk account password.

Complete the following to change your password:

• Log into the RTS helpdesk
• In the top-right corner, select Edit Profile
• Tick the Change Password checkbox
• Enter your new password in the Password field
• Enter the same new password in the Confirm Password field
• Select Update
• In the top-right corner, select Log Out
• Log back into the RTS helpdesk using your new password
